We returned the dress- they did not send a refund. They won’t answer my email. We were scammed!

My daughter wanted the yellow dress for prom and ordered. It took forever to come and then it fit poorly and the fabric was nothing like the picture, it looked like 1974 yellow fabric and not pretty light yellow.

We emailed asap asking to return. They responded for us to send it as soon as we could for the refund which we did. It cost $60 to ship it back! They now won’t respond to my emails. They got their dress back, they won’t refund our money, AND we paid for shipping to and from us. We were scammed. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
