Did not receive my daughter’s dress

I placed an order through this website and was emailing back and forth with specifics of what the dress size would be. We were told the dress would be done within 20 days. I ordered 2/12/25. At this point they were very professional and prompt with responding. On 3/10 I emailed to check on the status of my daughter’s dress. They responded it will be ready before 3/20. I emailed them back on 3/22 because I have not heard from them with shipping. No response. I emailed them again 3/23, no response. I again emailed them on 3/24 no response. I filed a claim with PayPal to get a refund. Don’t order from them. We just want the dress and I hope this review will make them do the right thing.
